ˇ°Hengshenˇ±miniature aerosol automatic fire extinguishing system is comprised of thermal ***ector, start-up controller and automatic extinguish device. In the event of fire,the fire extinguish device can be activated automatically by the thermal ***ector when the temperature rising to start-up degrees or or activated manually by press the start-up control switch as received the fire signal.
The agent stored in the extinguish device is a chemical solid mixture which consisted of oxidant, reductant,combustion rate control agent and adhesive.The reductant became agglutinate sol state(fumy gas) through cooling after activating,the agglutinate contains both solid and gas.Under thermal action,the gasified metal ion and positive ion decomposed from the aerosol agent would react with the active gene from flames,consume a large number of active gene repeatedly,reduce the combustion free radicals. The released gas,solid product through cooling condensation formed into particular tiny particles,which can effectively absorb and neutralize the combustion free radicals to suppressed the fire primarily.
As well as the solid particles surrounded by the gas would suspend spread to every corner in the protecting area which can put out the fire effectively by flooding and covering method. |
